Terms and conditions
Quantities: Minimum order is one case of 12 (75cl) bottles. It is possible to mix cases of higher value wines, please call us for details. Orders may only be placed by people over the age of 18 currently residing in the UK.
Delivery: Delivery is included to a single mainland UK address during normal hours. Please inform us if you have special delivery requirements as these can often be met, however, these may incur additional charges. Please allow 28 days from confirmation of order, although most orders are delivered before this.
Prices: Payment is due at the time of order. Prices include VAT, UK duty, insurance and delivery to a single mainland UK address.
Stocks: The Bordeaux wine market is active and occasionally an ordered wine may no longer available. In this case we shall advise you immediately and recommend similar wines which you may wish to order. All goods remain the property of The Fine Claret Seller Ltd until payment has been received.
Important:During shipment, the wine is insured by ourselves. Before signing the delivery slip, check that the cases are in good condition, and there are no breakages or bottles missing. If there are any discrepancies, please write "damaged" on the shippers delivery slip under your signature and call Bill Murdoch on 07071 225850 or fax us on 00 33 5 56 352965. This contract is established and governed under English law, and any dispute will be resolved in the English courts.
